What were they thinking???? Yesterday, Miranda and I ran in a 5k that benefitted a local Children’s Charity. The start time was 5:00pm and it felt like this………..

I swear (and I confess there were a few ramblings going on in my head) that it was hotter than the surface of the sun!!!! Never in my life have I had to push myself that hard to accomplish a goal…..

But, I did!!!! I like to think that it was out of my strong inner drive, instead of sheer stupidity!!! Miranda, on the other hand, shall hence be referred to as MFC (Miranda Freaking Collins). She totally kicked my butt!!!! Whew, she was mad fast!!! You go girl!!!!

It goes to show that when you put your mind to it, you truly CAN do anything!!!!
