Next Day Syndrome

I will be needing one of these for my car pretty soon…..

I have embarked on a long, painful journey with my TV trainer, Jillian Michaels.

She is KICKING MY BUTT!!!!! I did a new DVD last night and…….. I am feeling it!!! Everywhere!!

If you are up for an awesomely challenging workout, you gotta check these out!
